Abstract preparation and submission

A one-page abstract including the title, authors (underline the presenting author’s name), affiliations and a summary of the content should be sent as an e-mail attachment. Please refer to the abstract template for the format and style. The submitted abstracts will appear in the conference webpage as well as in the program booklet.

Posters

Poster format:
The ideal poster size is 85 cm width. Please do not exceed this dimension.
The poster height can be up to 150 cm.

Oral presentation

The organizers will provide a computer with a MAC-OS and Windows operating system with suitable office programs.
