The terms and conditions for anyone participating in Polish-Korean Conference on “Protein Folding: Theoretical and Experimental Approaches” (“PKC”) held in Poland.

1. Making your registration

Registrations

To make a booking you must complete the online PKC registration form. Sending the registration form confirms your agreement to these Terms and Conditions. Once we have received your registration form we will send you back a confirmation of your registration – to the person at the email address stated on the form. You must check all the details carefully and must contact us immediately if information which appears on this e-mail appears to be incorrect or incomplete as it may cause further obstacles and problems. If we do not hear from you within several days of your registration, we will assume that it was correct and intended.

2. Payment

You can pay for your attendance anytime that it is suitable for you:

• right after your registration
• anytime before the payment deadline defined at the “schedule” page
• please do not make any payments until you receive an e-mail with a copy of your registration form answers
  INFO: the confirmation e-mail is sent automatically from our registration system; if you do not receive your copy within 24 hours and you can’t find it in your SPAM folder, please do contact us to confirm that the registration was successful

3. Accommodation

You can arrange an accommodation for the conference by yourself or ask us to reserve a room/bed for you. See details at the Accommodation and Location and Conference expenses pages.

4. Special requests and requirements

If any delegate has any special request or a physical condition requiring specific arrangements, you must advise us before the conference. Although we will endeavour to meet any reasonable requests, we regret that we cannot promise that any request will be met unless we have specifically confirmed this in writing.

You have to include such a requests in your registration form before sending it.
